How to paint the locomotives
Recently I recieved a couple of e-mails with the same question – How to paint such small models?. I’m going to use my last Soviet engines to show you very quick and easy way to solve this problem.
First step - the basic colours. I used acrylics from Vallejo and small brush.
Than I put some "German Grey" shades all over the model.
I use dry-brush technique to add some highlights on the edges and railings.
Finally I use silver paint to drybrush the undercarriage.
The engines are ready, you may add some black pigment on the coal and around the chimney.
