    Assembled wagons are painted with thin coat of Vallejo acrylics  (SkyGrey+Offwhite i German Grey). Than I added some AK Washes (Rust Streaks i OIF&OEF), and finally used AK Pigments (Concrete i White) all over the wagons.

    During my vacations I spent some time to prepare two versions of Cement Silo Wagons. They will be available this month.

  • Recently I’ve modelled a tiny pre war passenger train. This type of wagons was called Donnerbush. Today I want to show them without the paint coat, but they will be finished in Prussian State Railways sheme very soon.

    The production of these four-axled tank wagons started in Germany in 1939. They were used succesfuly on all frons by the Wehrmacht during the whole war. After the war these wagons were built in Poland as 20R type.

    Today its time for two wagons that were widely used by the German Wehrmacht during the Second Worls War. The first one is six-axled  80-ton flat wagon designed to transport heavy tanks, while the second one is 50-ton four-axled construction. I believe, this sets will look great with the Kriegslokomotives.

    At first sight it’s a longer version of type “Kassel”, but in fact it was a different construction. The frame was significantly strenghten. As I mentioned last week, tommorow I am starting the update of my site 🙂

  • Next week I will update the site with at least ten new products. Amongst the others Goods Wagons of German types “Karlsruhe” and “Kassel” will be available. Their copies were very common across Europe, so these models are suitable for any kind of European diorama.
